Dates of Parish Council Meetings

For any relevant items for inclusion on the agenda or any issues that need to be discussed that are not covered by the agenda, notification MUST be received by the Clerk or Chairman of the Parish Council at least 10 clear days prior to the meeting.

Subject to prior notification being given, the Parish Council will allocate a period of 10 minutes before the start of the main Parish Council meeting to discuss these issues. 

All meetings of the Parish Council will be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, commencing at 7-30 p.m. and will be held in the  Village Hall, Gainsborough Road, Winthorpe, unless otherwise advised.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish is held in May, commencing at 7 p.m. to be followed by the Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council.
