12/10 Matters arising from the Minutes:
Minute Ref. 4/10 a Proposed Burial Ground/Allotments – Winthorpe – ongoing
Minute Ref. 4/10 c Exchange of fields – E-mail received from Solicitor of party concerned informing the Parish Council that the necessary documentation will be sent to Parish Council Solicitor.
Minute Ref. 4/10 d Resurfacing of Chapel Lane, Winthorpe – CC Mr V Dobson reported this was going to be resurfaced – ongoing.
Minute Ref. 4/10 e – Adoption of phone box – Langford. - Ongoing

Minutes Ref. 8/10 - Re. Traffic Congestion – Drove Lane.
Letter received from Mr A Johnston regarding concerns raised by Parish Council on traffic congestion experienced at a previous event.
It was resolved to acknowledge letter, and ask that responsible management was put in place to implement the successful traffic management plan put in place for previous LAMMAS event.
13/10 – Invoices for approval – No payments made.
AON Insurance renewal for 2010/11 – clarification to be made on items included within Insurance which may alter amount to be paid. Clerk to contact Insurance Co. for clarifications on items queried.
14/10 Planning applications
Deferred P/App, No. 10/00236/FUL Mr & Mrs Debbie & Dutch Holland for replacement dwelling including garage and home office at .Low field Farm 111 Gainsborough Road, Langford from previous meeting.

15/10 Correspondence
NCC – Copy of Emergency Plan template to be filled in, together with pen drive with addition info
After discussion it was resolved to involve NHW, as there was a system/structure in place already which would enable this matter to be completed with efficiency.
Resolved to contact Mr P Foden, Head Co-ordinator of NHW, enquirying if he would help with the co-ordination/compiling of information required within the Emergency Plan. It was resolved to invite Officer from N&SDC to advise the Parish Council under the premature of the Risk and Resilience section of the Emergency Plan to a future meeting.
16/10 Any other business
Members reported a number of recent lead thefts that had taken place in the village. Parishioners very concerned. DC Mrs M Dobson reported that this matter was to be discussed at the next Safer Neighbourhood Group meeting.
Mr Allen arrived at this point, and gave his apologies for arriving late.
