Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting.
Held in the Village Hall on Thursday, 15 May 2008

No Declaration of Interest given.
3. Minutes of the previous meeting.
The minutes of the meeting held 16 May 2007 were passed as a true record.
•4. Matters arising
There were no matters arising from the Minutes.
•5. Chairman's Report
The Chairman gave his report on the previous 12 months. Copy kept for file.
6. Langford Matters
Mr Wright reported that speeding through the village was not as big a problem in the village.
•7. Brewer's Charity Trust Nominations:
There were no nominations required for the Brewer's Charity Trust for this year.
8. Presentation of Brewer's Trust Account 2007/8
The accounts for 2007/8 were presented by Mr Peter Foden, who explained the accounts to the meeting. Copy kept for file.
9. Presentation of Winthorpe Parish Property Trust Account and Parish Council accounts for 2007/8
A copy of the accounts for 2007/8 was presented to the meeting by the Clerk and accepted. Proposed Mr Aldridge seconded Mr McClymont, Vote Unanimous. Copy kept for file
10. Any Other Business
Re Ringmaster Scheme - Winthorpe.
Due to the slow nature of the system in informing parishioners of problems/burglaries etc that have taken place, DC Mrs M Dobson asked if Mr Foden would write to the Safer Neighbourhood Group commenting on this problem.
